What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, ePay, EasyPay, PayPal, Bitcoin (for annual plan subscribers). Resellers — invoiced billing with 30-day payment terms.
Is VAT included in the listed prices?
No. All prices are net (excl. VAT). Bulgarian individuals and companies — 20% VAT added. EU companies with valid VAT — 0%. Non-EU — 0%.
What's the refund policy?
Shared and WordPress hosting — unconditional 30-day guarantee. VPS — 7 days. Reseller — 14-day trial on Business plan. Full refund, no questions asked.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrade — pro-rata billing for the rest of the month, applied automatically. Downgrade — takes effect from next billing period (no loss of paid days).
Are there setup fees?
No. No setup fees on any plan. No prevention/cancellation fees. No fees for migration from another host (on every plan).
What if I miss a payment?
5-day grace period — site stays up. After day 5 — temporary suspension (you can pay and we resume in 5 minutes). After 30 days — data kept another 30 days before final deletion.
